Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC card system which selects plural functions through CIS (card attribute information) and uses a card with low energy.
SOLUTION: Plural functions and plural CIS of each signal function or a combination of functions are set on a PC card 1. A selective signal inputting means 4 inputs the CIS of a using function. A selective signal discriminating part 12 discriminates the designated CIS. A CIS switching and setting part 11 sets a selectively designated CIS as CIS for read of a personal computer 3. A feature different power switching controlling part 5 supplies and controls power voltage only to the function that is related to the selectively designated CIS. An interface bus switching controlling part 6 connects an interface bus of the function that is related to the selectively designated CIS to an interface bus that goes to a main control part 2 of the card 1.
