This PCT rod assembly is provided with an electrode terminal 300, an insulator 400 provided with a pair of connection members 410 attached along a longitudinal direction in upper and lower parts of the electrode terminal 300, and the first and second support members 422, 424 provided respectively on both side faces of the electrode terminal to be connected each other, a PCT element 500 and a heat conduction block 600 interposed between the adjacent paired first support members or second support members, and the first and second PCT rods 100, 200 formed into a channel shape having a prescribed length, and assembled with the respective constitutive elements in its inside. The electrode terminal 300 and the insulator 400 are integrally formed through a double injection process to enhance coupling force between the electrode terminal 300 and the insulator 400, and the support members 422, 424 are provided on the insulator 400.
