Abstract:
To provide a PCV system for unfreezing blow-by piping at cold start.SOLUTION: A PCV system 100 includes: blow-by piping 102 for recirculating blow-by gas to an intake pipe 101; EGR piping 103 for recirculating exhaust gas to the intake pipe 101; an EGR cooler 104 for cooling the exhaust gas passing through the EGR piping 103; an EGR valve 105 for controlling the amount of the exhaust gas passing through the EGR piping 103; and engine cooling piping 106 for circulating engine cooling water. The engine cooling piping 106 is located thermally adjacent to the EGR cooler 104 on the upstream side and thermally adjacent to the blow-by piping 102 on the downstream side. The PCV system further includes a controller 109 for opening the EGR valve 105 at cold start.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
