Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the peak of a transmission signal in multi-carrier transmission without deteriorating the S/N and to provide a data transmitter.
SOLUTION: The zero point insertion section 4 of the transmission section of the data transmitter inserts a zero point signal to a transmission signal at a prescribed interval. A peak suppression section 21 connected to a post-stage of the zero point insertion section 4 detects the peak of the transmission signal in excess of a threshold value, generates a peak value prediction signal of a frequency characteristic limited to a noise cancel frequency band in a noise elimination section 17 of a reception section on the basis of the peak level of the transmission signal, and subtracts the peak value prediction signal from the transmission signal to suppress the peak of the transmission signal.
