Abstract:
To reduce time and effort for assembling a clevis and a pin to a hollow pedal.SOLUTION: A hollow pedal 11 is formed by joining a first molding product 15 and a second molding product 16 with clearance therebetween. A clevis 12 transmits an operation of the hollow pedal 11 to other equipment. A pin 13 is rotatably connected with the clevis 12, and penetrates a first hole 15a of the first molding product 15 and a second hole 16a of the second molding product 16, respectively. The first hole 15a is formed so that its inner diameter becomes a value corresponding to an outer diameter of the pin 13. A receiving surface 21 is formed on an inner face of the second hole 16a to align a rear end position of the pin 13 in a back-and-forth direction of a vehicle with a rear end position in the back-and-forth direction of the vehicle on an inner periphery of the first hole 15a by receiving a reaction force from the pin 13 when the hollow pedal 11 is stepped on. A space part 22 is formed in the second hole 16a, which is located on a front side in the back-and-forth direction of the vehicle than the pin 13 passing through the inside thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
