This pedestal hardware 11 is constituted of the center body 12 extended vertically, and an insertion plate 16 projected outwards from the side circumferential face of the center body 12, the center body 12 is provided with an insertion hole 13 for inserting an anchor bolt 21 or the like therethrough, and the insertion plate 16 is provided with a pinhole 17 for passing a drift pin 28 threrethrough. A column 31 is worked with a bottom hole 33 and a groove 34 for storing those, so as to embed the whole pedestal hardware 11 into the column 31, the dew is thereby prevented from being condensed, and a peripheral member is thereby prevented from being corroded. The pedestal hardware 11 is constituted of the cylindrical center body 12 and the plate-like insertion plate 16, is simple in a shape, and is manufactured into a product only by welding the insertion plate 16 onto the side circumferential face of the center body 12, reducing the manufacturing cost.
