To provide a pedestal with casters which is imparted excellent air permeability and hygroscopicity by adopting crosspieces made of natural wood.

The pedestal with the casters comprises a pair of side frames having casters on lower faces of both ends thereof, and a plurality of crosspieces made of natural wood and disposed between the side frames at predetermined intervals. Recessed holes for insertion of the crosspieces are formed in a row in the opposing side faces of the side frames at predetermined intervals so that the crosspieces may be arranged. Crisscross-shaped recessed channels are formed in the lower faces of both ends of the side frames so that each of the bases of the casters having a rectangular-shape may be fitted thereinto in either one of two right-angled directions.
