Abstract:
To make it possible to efficiently collect information necessary for supporting the passing of a to-be-supported person.SOLUTION: A pedestrian terminal determines whether or not an owner pedestrian is in a passing delay state based on current moving state information of the owner pedestrian when the owner pedestrian is a to-be-supported person. When the owner pedestrian is in the passing delay state, a message of a passing delay notification including the pedestrian information about the owner -pedestrian is transmitted to an on-vehicle terminal or a roadside device through ITS communications, and through the on-vehicle terminal or the roadside device, the pedestrian information is transmitted to an administrative server. In particular, by determining whether or not the owner pedestrian takes a dangerous action, a message is transmitted including notification-identifying information for identifying a notification that the owner pedestrian takes the dangerous action and a notification that the owner pedestrian is in the passing delay state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
