A rectangular sheet of stainless steel is folded so as to form a groove from the center and has an opened upper part. Except a remaining part of the bottom of the groove part from the end to some extent, the other groove part and side faces are cut out in a recess shape. The recess part is a constituent part defining the extent of start of peeling and an advancement direction of the edge continuously peeling citrus, providing the user with easiness in the use at separation of peel from sarcocarp.
