Abstract:
To provide a peeling agent enabling the peeling of polyimide resin- based orientation film in a short time.
This peeling agent for polyimide resin-based orientation films comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of the aqueous solution of tetramethylammonium hydroxide and (B) a mixed organic solvent comprising 100-2,000 pts.wt. of an amine-based solvent having a boiling point of ≥150°C and 100-3,000 pts.wt. of an etheric solvent having a boiling point of ≥150°C and/or a ketone-based solvent having a boiling point of ≥150°C.
