PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and reduce a size of a peeling device which peels a second plate-like body from a first plate-like body.SOLUTION: A peeling device includes: a holding part which holds a first plate-like body; a plurality of suction parts which are arranged in a peeling progress direction and absorb the other principal plane of a second plate-like body; and a peeling control part which peels from the first plate-like body, a portion to be sucked of the second plate-like body which the suction part absorbs by moving each suction part in a separation direction separating from the holding part, and progresses peeling of the second plate-like body by performing partial peeling in the arrangement order of the plurality of suction parts. The peeling control part has a first movable body movably provided in the separation direction, a first move part moving the first movable body in the separation direction, and a plurality of first engaging members provided in every suction part, and moving the suction part in the separation direction with the movement of the first movable body by being engaged with the first movable body mounted on the suction part and moving in the separation direction. A timing when the plurality of first engaging members are each engaged with the first movable body is the same as the arrangement order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5C
