Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize peeling while avoiding interference between an abutting body and a suction part, in a peeling technique peeling a second plate-like body from a first plate-like body while moving the abutting body in a peeling direction of travel.SOLUTION: A peeling device includes: an abutting body which abuts on the other principal plane of a second plate-like body at a downstream side from a suction part executing partial peeling in a peeling progress direction; an abutting body moving part which moves the abutting body in the peeling progress direction in accordance with the progress of peeling of the second plate-like body; and a move part before peeling, which retreats the suction part before peeling from the abutting body at a timing when the abutting body relatively comes close to the suction part before peeling, before executing partial peeling among the plurality of suction parts abutted on the other principal plane of the second plate-like body, and returns the suction part before peeling, to a position before retreating after the abutting body passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10C
