To easily peel jointed faces and to regenerate a metal plate and a synthetic resin plate by pressing a metal-synthetic resin laminated plate under specified pressure by pressing rolls of which surfaces are maintained at specified temp. and have specified rugged patterns.
A metal-synthetic resin laminated plate, for example, produced by laminating aluminum thin plates on both surface of a polyethylene core, is pressed between pressing rolls 1, 2 to peel the layers. The rolls 1, 2 have rugged surfaces and the surface temp. is maintained at 300 to 450°C. If the temp. is too high, the layers deform and can not be reused. The pressing force is controlled to 200 to 400kg/cm to press the laminated plate. The rugger pattern of the surfaces of the rolls 1, 2 is formed, for example, to have about 6.25 projections/cm2, about 4mm distance between projection peaks, and 1.2mm projection height. Therefore, the layers can be easily peeled by a human powder after the treatment.
