PURPOSE: To allow peeling the material to be peeled without flawing a photosensitive layer and a base and without flawing a protective layer and the photosensitive layer by injecting a mixture composed of solid particles and liquid to the surface of the materials to be peeled, thereby peeling the materials to be peeled.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid mixture 5 contg. the solid particles 6 are injected to the surface of the photosensitive body. The grain size of the solid particles 6 is preferably ≤500μm. The solid particles 6 collide against the surface of the photosensitive layer 14 and generate dents 15 and cracks 16. The photosensitive layer 14 is then easily peeled without damaging the base 13. The solid particles 6 do not stick to the base 13. The liquid mixture 5 contg. the solid particles 6 can be recovered and recycled. The photosensitive layer, etc., are formed again on the base 13 and such base is reusable as the photosensitive body after the peeling of the photosensitive layer 14.
