Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging peeling bar material which permits improvement of size accuracy and productivity, and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a forging peeling bar material constituted of an aluminium bar material in such a state that an outer peripheral surface is subjected to peeling processing. The outer peripheral surface has a surface profile in which a plurality of mountain-shaped parts 3 range such that valley bottoms 31 and summits 32 are alternately arranged in an axial center direction. When a slant of one side in the axial center direction of two slants which constitute a contour of each mountain-shaped part 3 is set as a first slant 1 and a slant of the other side is set as a second slant 2, an inclination angle θ1 for an axial center of the first slant 1 and an inclination angle θ2 for an axial center of the second slant 2 are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
