Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peen forming method in which forming of a more complicated shape than conventional one can be executed with excellent accuracy and a peen forming device.
SOLUTION: The peen forming method includes a working area dividing step in which a metal member is divided into a plurality of regions a-p and the plate thickness of every each region a-p and the curvature to be formed are obtained, and a forming step in which a projecting condition corresponding to the combination of the plate thickness of every each region a-p and the curvature to be formed is obtained by referencing projecting condition data that gathers shot projecting conditions and each region a-p is formed based on the obtained projecting condition. Also, the peen forming device for using the peen forming method is provided.
