The peer-to-peer popularity ranking tabulation method enabling the tabulation of popularity ranking of contents using a semantic information network comprises steps of accumulating the acquired operation history of contents (steps 101 and 102), and steps of optionally collecting one or more optional items of the accumulated operation history (steps 103-107).
