Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stick and connect a decorative without causing surface flaws ceiling plate or wall plate to a support member by making a double pointed nail of a substrate member peg and a decorative laminated sheet peg which has a length not more than the thickness of the sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A peg 2 for a decorative laminated sheet is an ordinary nail which a substrate member peg 1 makes of a head 1a and a drum 1b, and the peg 2 has an enlarged head 1a of a flat head nail, and four sharp projections 2b are formed on its periphery in the direction opposite to the nail tip. A hammering/pressurizing 2c is a portion which is driven and pressurized by a hammer or a punch. The substrate member peg 1 is arranged on the side of the substrate and a big root, while the peg 2 is arranged on the side of the decorative laminated sheet, a wall plate, or a bottom plate. The substrate member peg is hammered and pressed from the side of the decorative laminated sheet or the wall plate in respect to the substrate, driven into and engaged with the substrate or a floor joist. The decorative laminated sheet or the like is pressed against the substrate or the floor joist and hammered, so that the decorative laminated sheet peg 2 pierces into the decorative laminated sheet or a floor plate in the opposite side and fixes the decorative laminated sheet and the like unvisibly from the surface.
