The pellet tank includes a single structure, including an outer cylinder 13 opened at a surface opposite the pellet tank, and an inner cylinder 13b disposed concentrically with the outer cylinder and opened at a surface opposite the pellet tank, and introduces air to a space regulated between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder in addition to the pellet tank.
