To provide an apparatus for pumping up hot water of a bath by a small-sized submersible motor, forming a pelting water with the hot water of the bath which naturally flows down and removing the stiffness of shoulders.

A small-sized submersible pump 1 is installed at the side bottom of a bathtub 5, while the hot water 6 in the bath is pumped up by it, and the pelting water is attained by the hot water 4 in the bath which naturally flows down. The hot water in the bath at home is circulated and used and only a normal bath charge is included in the water bill.
