Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen point for a fountain pen capable of accurately drawing a thick handwriting and a thin handwriting even when writing is performed in such a way that the upper face of the pen point is a little inclined to a paper face.
SOLUTION: In the pen point for the fountain pen in which the apex part is formed of a metal plate into a triangle shape and a point 14 is formed on the back side of the apex of this triangular part 11, and an ink cutting channel 13 is formed from the apex part of the triangular part in the axial line direction, the shape of the point is made into an approximately elliptical semi-spherical shape, and the length X of the point in the axial line direction is made larger than the transverse width Y of the apex part. In addition, the triangular part is formed by laminating a plurality of sheets of the metal plates and the length X of the point in the axial line direction is increased thereby.
