Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pencil lead good in writing stroke without deteriorating performance balance as a pencil lead.SOLUTION: There is provided a pencil lead wherein a component A: an organic compound component A having a polar group and the melting point of 35°C to 100°C and a component B: silicone oil, which are not compatible each other, is impregnated in a burned bar porous body, with the component A of 3 to 45 mass% (a ratio to the total mass of the component A and the component B). The organic compound is preferably at least one kind selected from aliphatic acid, alcohol or a derivative thereof, preferably an organic compound having a linear saturated hydrocarbon group and the component A and the component B are preferably impregnated in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: None
