Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pendant type concrete compaction machine for performing unmanned work safely and quickly by remote operation.
SOLUTION: This concrete compaction machine is suspended above concrete C immediately after placing by a crane or the like to thereby perform compaction for the placed concrete and flatten the surface. The concrete compaction machine includes: a body part 1 provided with a latch member 11 disposed on the upper part and suspended by a crane hook or the like; a vibration motor 2 mounted on the body part 1; a vibration shaft 3 liftably projected from the base of the body part 1, inserted into unhardened placed concrete C and lifted to be stored in a storing pocket 12 of the body part 1; a winch 4 mounted on the body part 1 and adapted to motor-drive and lift the vibration shaft 3; a finish plate 5 substantially horizontally suspended at the bottom of the body part 1; and a remote controller 6 for moving and stopping the winch 4 by remote operation.
