To provide an eyesight restoration training implement by training of the dynamic eyesight restoration of right and left and far and near directions is possible for even a person with advanced nearsightedness by his/her naked eyes.

The implement has two elastic poles 1 with a polished ball 2 in each end. The user supports the implement with both hands with his/her back to a window or an illumination so that two balls are in the eye-level, and fixes the eyes on a central image in a brightness part (blip) of two balls caused by crossed eyes. When the implement is slightly swung right and left to cause pendulum motion in this status, the center image is also swung right and left. By chasing this center image with eyes, a dynamic focusing training is exercised.
