Abstract:
To provide a pavement material that is easy to apply with good deformation adjustment ability, fatigue resistance, and good adhesion to a substrate.SOLUTION: Permeation type asphalt concrete contains the following ingredients by weight percentage: 67 to 80% stone material; 0 to 20% filler; and 10 to 23% asphalt. The stone material is composed of the following components by weight percentage: stone material with a particle size of 2.36 to 4.75 mm with a weight percentage of 20 to 32%; stone material with a particle size of 4.75 to 9.5 mm with a weight percentage of 15 to 25%; stone material with a particle size of 9.5 to 13.2 mm with a weight percentage of 15 to 25%; and stone material with a particle size of 13.2 to 16 mm with a weight percentage of 25 to 35%. In a manufacturing process, two processes of heating and premixing of the stone material are added so as to make construction more convenient and ensure that an asphalt binder is more fully infused.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
