Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epitope peptide supporting stand peptide maintaining orientation of the epitope peptide when immobilizing the epitope peptide on a substrate, and realizing improvement in detection sensitivity and stable reproducibility, and to provide a Pep-ELISA method using the stand peptide.SOLUTION: Provided is a stand peptide that is a peptide for immobilizing a measurement target peptide aptamer on a substrate and that has an array of an array number 1 in an array table in a Pep-ELISA method. Further provided is a Pep-ELISA method including: a step of immobilizing the stand peptide on the substrate by a C terminal or an N terminal; a step of bonding the peptide aptamer with the immobilized stand peptide; a step of bonding a target molecule with the bonded peptide aptamer; a step of further bonding a target antibody for the target molecule with the target molecule; and a step of detecting a reaction produced by bonding of the antibody with the target molecule by fluorescence measurement or absorbance measurement.
