Abstract:
To provide peptide compounds being relatively stable and having relatively better activity to Kiss1R, as well as uses thereof and compositions comprising the peptide compound to solve the problem of existing peptide compounds, that is, low stability and low activity to Kiss1R.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a peptide compound, use thereof, and compositions comprising the same. The present invention provides a peptide compound represented by formula 1, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a tautomer thereof, a solvate thereof, a crystalline polymorph thereof or a prodrug thereof.
