PURPOSE: To obtain the subject absorbefacient, comprising (methoxy-methylethyl)- methylcyclohexanol, excellent in percutaneous absorbefacient effects of a pharmacodynamic effective ingredient and having high safety and usability.

CONSTITUTION: This percutaneous absorbefacient comprises 2-(2-methoxy-1- methylethyl)-5-methylcyclohexanol. The compound is preferably used in an amount of 0.5-10wt.% based on the total amount of the pharmaceutical preparation with a pharmacodynamic effective ingredient such as a (non)steroidal antiinflammatory agent, an antiallergic agent, an agent for the central nerve or an analgesic agent. The content of the pharmacodynamic effective ingredient is preferably 0.5-10wt.% based on the pharmaceutical preparation. Furthermore, e.g. a cataplasma, an ointment, a get or a cream is cited as the dosage form of the percutaneous absorbable type pharmaceutical preparation.
