To prepare a percutaneous strap which is excellent in percutaneous absorption of a medicine with skin irritation reduced.

On one surface of a support material, an adhesive layer having a stickiness to skin at room temperature is formed. The adhesive layer contains 0.01-50wt.% of a medicine, 0.1-15wt.% of an accelerator of the percutaneous absorption of the medicine and 0.1-30wt.% of a di-alkanolamine and/or a trialkanolamine. As the accelerator for percutaneous absorption, for example, either lauric acid dithanolamide or a polyoxyethylene ether of the formula: RO(CH2CH2O)nH (R is an alkyl or an alkenyl) is used. The use the dialkanolamine or trialkanolamine and the accelerator of percutaneous absorption in combination can increase the releasability of the medicine and reduce skin irritation.
