Abstract:

To provide a percutaneously absorbable preparation which, in spite of having a simple structure, allows even an oligomeric or polymeric drug to be easily and slowly absorbed percutaneously and to provide a method for allowing a drug to be percutaneously absorbed by using the same.

The percutaneously absorbable preparation is provided with a drug holder for holding a drug in its inside and a support comprising an adhesive layer for supporting the drug holder and a drug-impermeable base. The drug is slowly released by breaking the drug-impermable base by using a protrusion formed on the drug holder.
