Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a perforating apparatus for a printed circuit board and the like to achieve high perforation accuracy with a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: The potential difference is given between a drill 1 and a conductive surface layer or a n-th conductive layer Sn for measuring a height of the drill to a printed circuit board surface layer So, using a signal generated between the drill 1 and the surface layer So in the contact of a point of the drill and the surface layer So, for determining a zero level of a depth of a hole, and a signal generated in the contact of the point of the drill 1 and the n-th conductive layer Sn is used for determining a final level of the depth of the hole when necessary.
