PURPOSE: To prevent not only the fray of yarn and yarn cutting inferiority but also the jamming in the later process of a work by providing a speed control means controlling the driving speed of a drive mechanism to adjust the feed speed in a work cutter part to the feed speed coinciding with the binding speed of a perforation head part.
CONSTITUTION: A work detection sensor 4 is provided on the upstream side of a perforation head part 1 and connected to a sequencer (control panel) 5. The sequencer 5 is further connected to the perforation head part 1 and a feed means 3. This feed means is equipped with a control part consisting of a roll 31, the drive mechanism thereof and the motor controller connected to said drive mechanism. A yarn binding speed is fed back in connection with the peripheral speed of a perforation head pulley 11 from the perforation head part 1. The signal of said yarn binding speed is processed to be sent to a feed means 3 and the feed speed of the feed means is controlled. By this method, yarn cutting inferiority such that the stitch of a work is frayed can be prevented.
