PURPOSE: To make perforations of the number corresponding to the number of frames all at once by feeding a long photographic film by fixed length and cut the long photographic film into one short photographic film corresponding to the number of frames at the same time, although a simple and low-cost mechanism is used.

CONSTITUTION: A die set 45 consists of three die set units 46+48. A movable roller 56 is provided between the die set 45 and a cutter 66, and is set to any of upper step, middle step, and lower step in accordance with type of photographic film to be manufactured so that the length of a long photographic film 12 between the die set 45 and cutter 66 is adjusted to integer times the basic length of the long film fed by a suction drum 60 by fixed length. After the long film 12 is set at each position of the die set 45 and cutter 66, the die, set units 46-48 are driven due to a combination corresponding to type of photographic film, and the cutter 66 is also driven so that the perforation and cutting are performed simultaneously.
