Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely judge the malfunction of diagnosed equipment in judging the malfunction of structural equipment in a electric power plant in operation, by making reference to past time series efficiency data for the diagnosed equipment and past time series efficiency data for the same type equipment of other electric power plants on line. CONSTITUTION:A generalized performance diagnosing device 1 is connected to unit control computers 3a, 3b,... for electric power plants A, B,... via a data transfer device 2. These control computers which are to perform generalized control of control devices which control plant structural equipment such as a steam turbine, a condenser, a water supply superheater, a boiler, etc., in each electric power plant are connected to data transfer devices 4a, 4b,.... Connected to these data transfer devices 4a, 4b,... are steam turbine performance diagnosing devices 5a, 5b,..., condenser performance diagnosing devices 6a, 6b,..., water supply superheater performance diagnosing devices, boiler performance diagnosing devices, etc., to diagnose performance of the plant structural equipment.
