Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability and work efficiency by enabling resistance values necessary for a performance test to be set arbitrarily by key operation.
SOLUTION: In this performance tester for an earth-leakage breaker, both ends of a resistor are connected to a power-side terminal and a load-side terminal, different in phase from each other, of the earth-leakage breaker 16 to produce a rated sensible current and a rated non-operating current in the breaker, thereby executing performance test. By providing the tester with a resistance selection circuit 7 made by combining a plurality of fixed resistances R1 to R3 and a plurality of relay switches RY0 to RY2, a plurality of resistance values can be set arbitrarily by key operation on an operating key panel 5.
