PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfusion system with which the blood of edible meat animal such as fish or an animal can be efficiently and surely discharged and a component in response to a purpose such as oxidization prevention or taste improvement can be efficiently and surely injected into the body of edible meat animal.
SOLUTION: In the perfusion system with which a 2nd perfusion liquid B containing the component in response to the purpose such as oxidization prevention or taste improvement is injected into the blood vessel of edible meat animal such as finish or an animal after the blood is discharged outside the body by injecting a 1st perfusion liquid A into the blood vessel for discharging the blood through the blood vessel to the outside of body, a pump mechanism 12 is provided for injecting the 1st and 2nd perfusion liquids A and B from a cardiac artery 1 of edible meat animal with pressure, discharging the blood from a cardiac vein 2 to the outside of body, where the 1st and 2nd perfusion liquids A and B are stored in a container 8 and the 1st and 2nd perfusion liquids A and B stored in the container 8 are fed through a water duct 14 and a catheter 6 into the blood vessel of edible meat animal, and a valve mechanism 10 is provided for switching the 1st and 2nd perfusion liquids A and B to be fed into the blood vessel of edible meat animal.
