Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a period and average current measuring instrument for simply and accurately measure the average current in the operation period of an object to be measured.
CONSTITUTION: The number of reference pulses from a reference pulse generation means 4 is counted by a first counting means 5 according to a pulse signal in response to an operation voltage from an object 2 to be measured from a first pulse signal generating means 3. The pulse signal of a frequency corresponding to the operation current of the object 2 to be measured from a second pulse signal generation means consisting of a current-voltage conversion circuit 6 and a voltage-frequency converter 7 is counted by a second counting means 8. The operation period and average current of the object 2 to be measured is detected based on each count result of the first counting means 5 and the second counting means 8 by an operation means 9.
