Since an inner cylindrical part 61 projecting on the inner side of a stator 5 is arranged in a partitioning wall plate 6, a radial bearing 82 with respect to the rotating shaft 31 of the rotor 3 is retained on the inner side of the inner cylindrical part 61, and the radial bearing 82 has a length size L of more than 1/4 times the outside diameter size D of an impeller 37, the stability of the rotor when it is rotated is improved. Also, since the rotating shaft 31 is long, the displacement of the impeller 37 is small even when the rotating shaft 31 is slightly inclined. Therefore, a problem in which the impeller 37 is brought into contact with the inner wall of the pump chamber 10 does not occur.
