To provide a peritoneal dialyzer capable of accurately measuring the quantity of injected peritoneal dialysis fluid irrelevant to the positional relation between the peritoneal dialyzer and the abdominal cavity.
This peritoneal dialyzer is installed with a cassette for injecting the peritoneal dialysis fluid in the abdominal cavity and includes: a heating tube disposed in the cassette and heating the peritoneal dialysis fluid contained in its inside with a heater; a pump for sending the peritoneal dialysis fluid to the heating tube and injecting the peritoneal dialysis fluid heated in the heating tube to the abdominal cavity through a tube connected to the cassette; and a flow rate measurement section, after finishing to send the peritoneal dialysis fluid, measuring the quantity of the injected peritoneal dialysis fluid based on the quantity of the peritoneal dialysis fluid flowing out from the inside of the heating tube.
