To solve problems on fossil fuel, air pollution and environment by producing rotating force from gravity in any solution using the gravity.

On a plate base 1 shown in Fig.1, a hydraulic pump 3 directly connected to a heavy material 9 and attached equipment are rotated to convert the gravity into the reciprocating flow motion of high pressure water. An outward side spring type push rod propeller 12 which is joined in contact with a piston shaft 30 with the high pressure water flowing into a hydraulic cylinder 13, and a homeward side spring type push rod propeller 42 which is directly joined with a connection fitting 46 accumulate repulsive compression force in propulsion springs 25, 55 each time when whole rotating equipment is rotated. The accumulated repulsive compression force, when instantaneously released, gives a blow to another irregular portion diagonal with an irregular portion 26 of the plate base 1 in contact with contact portions 10, 50, as shown in Fig.6. Thus, such a circuit is formed as to produce rotating force as rotation propelling force on the whole rotating equipment with the reactive force.
