Abstract:
To improve work efficiency by fixing a permanent magnet to a core metal without using an adhesive.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a permanent magnet at least includes a magnetized object forming step of applying predetermined pressure to a magnet powder and a thermosetting resin to form a magnetized object, and a heating step of magnetizing the magnet powder by heating the magnet powder to a Curie point or higher in a state in which the permanent magnet of the field portion is brought close to the magnetized object placed on a base member, and fixing the magnetized object to the base member by melting and curing the thermosetting resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
