Abstract:
To provide a permanent magnet in which weather resistance and a magnetic characteristic are excellent.
A compound 22 composed of isotropic SmFeN magnetic powder and a binder is concurrently pressurized by moving upper and lower punches 26, 27 relatively, and the permanent magnet is formed by a compression molding method for forming a magnet. The average particle size of the isotropic SmFeN magnetic powder is set to 5 μm to 125 μm.
