To effectively transmit magnetic flux change caused by rotor rotation of a permanent magnet motor to the winding of a stator salient.
A rotor which is provided with a permanent magnet 2 forming a field system of a motor and has a pole pitch FP of the rotor surface of the field system, stator salients SAT of each phase which are arranged on a stator and have salient width SP of inner periphery of the stator which width is nearly equal to the magnetic pole pitch, windings U, V, W of each phase wound around each stator salient SAT, and bypass magnetic paths BPT which are arranged between the stator salients SAT of each phase and pass magnetic flux on the rotor surface positioned between the rotor salients to a yoke part of the stator are installed. Harmful magnetic flux on the rotor surface is introduced from the rotor surface to a yoke part SA of the stator by the bypass magnetic paths BAT.
