Abstract:
To properly dissipate heat of a permanent magnet for a rotary electric machine generated by an eddy current.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 1 for a rotary electric machine includes: a pair of magnetic pole surfaces 10; a non-magnetic pole surface 13 intersecting the pair of magnetic pole surfaces 10; and a through hole 2 that penetrates a magnet body and becomes a flow path of a refrigerant.
