Title:
PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR AND MAGNETIZING DEVICE FOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1014180
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To magnetize a motor with good productivity without breaking an apparatus coupled directly with a rotor output shaft, by reducing reluctance torque to be generated in the rotor at the time of magnetization by scattering it into the stator through an elastic substance.

An apparatus is installed on a base 9 made out of iron etc., capable of installing a motor 1 with a gap in an extent of allowing its minute movement between, and the gap between the motor 1 and the base 9 is filled up with an elastic substance 8 such as rubber, etc. Besides, the rotor output shaft 6 has a key groove 13, and a pressing jig 101 has a protrusion fittable to the key groove 13, the rotor output shaft is fixed so as not to move in the direction of revolution as against the pressing jig 101, and is fixed to the base 9 with screws 11. And it becomes possible to reduce torque acting between the rotor and the stator sharply at the time of magnetization by causing a magnetizing current to flow into a group of windings through a terminal 12. As the result, it becomes possible to magnetize with high productivity, without damaging an apparatus coupled directly to the rotor output shaft.
