Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate an automatic assembling by engaging recesses formed on an insulating plate with projections formed on contact end face sides of collars of bobbins A, B to previously integrate the bobbins A, B, and inserting the bobbins A, B into both magnetic path pieces of a stator. CONSTITUTION:Recesses are formed on the inner ends of both magnetic path pieces of a stator of approximately ?-shape to form poles, permanent magnet rotors are disposed in the recesses, and bobbins A8a, B8b in which armature windings are wound at both magnetic path pieces of the stator are mounted. Projections 13a, 13b are formed at the contact end face sides 12a, 12b of collars 11a, 11b of bobbins 8a, 8b, recesses 15 formed at both ends of an insulating plates 14 are engaged with the projections 13a, 13b to previously integrate the bobbins 8a and 8b. Thus, the assembling of the bobbins 8a, 8b with the pieces of the stator are performed once, thereby facilitating an automatic assembling.
