Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent-magnet synchronous motor that has high efficiency in a low-speed range and allows preventing the occurrence of an inductive voltage in a high-speed range.SOLUTION: A permanent-magnet synchronous motor includes: a motor having two stator windings of a first stator winding and a second stator winding connected to the first stator winding; a winding switching circuit having a first semiconductor switch connected to a first motor three-phase line connected to the first stator winding and a second semiconductor switch connected to a second motor three-phase line connected to the second stator winding; and a switching command section for outputting a command that turns on and off the semiconductor switches.
