To continuously rotate a rotor so as to provide a motor driving source and a power generating source by installing disk shaped permanent magnets and a weight on one side tip end of a long narrow rod having a center shaft, and arranging a fixed magnet of the same pole as a tip end part of the permanent magnet apart from the permanent magnet.
A plurality of disk shaped permanent magnets 3 are installed on one side tip end of a long narrow rod 1 having a center shaft 2 on a center by stacking with each other. An iron plate 4 which is sufficiently coated with coating for reducing magnet force, is mounted on a magnet falls-down side tip end part of the permanent magnet 3, and a weight 6 for regulating an inertia moment is installed on the magnet 3 side. A plurality of disk shaped permanent magnets 5 are stacked with each other on a suitable position where the center shaft 2 is slightly inclined and an installing part of the magnet 3 falls down, and are fixed while approaching the same pole as the pole of the magnet 3 of a tip end part. When the magnet 3 falls down, magnet poles 3, 5 are repulsed with each other in a rotational direction utilizing falling force so as to generate rotational driving force, and thereby, a motor driving source or a power generating source is formed.
