Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor which can be operated/rotated at a high speed and has a highly reliable permanent magnet and to provide a rotor used for it.
SOLUTION: The rotor of an electric machine has a rotary shaft 1a and a permanent magnetic sleeve, engaged with the rotary shaft 1a by oil pressure engagement. The permanent magnetic sleeve is formed by successively providing plural ring-like permanent magnetic 3 and covering the outer peripheral parts of the ring-like permanent magnets 3 by CFRP(carbon fiber reinforcing plastic) 4b. A rigid sleeve 2b is arranged for the inner peripheral side of the permanent magnets 3 and titanium rings 5 and 6 on the shaft end sides of the permanent magnets 3 as protection. Thus, the inner diameter of the sleeve is temporarily enlarged by introducing a high pressure oil into the inner periphery of the rigid sleeve 2b from a hydraulic path 20b formed in the rigid sleeve 2b. engagement with the rotary shaft can be realized, and a fastening margin is formed between the sleeve and the rotary shaft, when oil pressure is abolished. Thus, idling of the sleeve can be prevented, even at high speed rotation.
