Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct the pipe connecting work for individual floors at a fixed position and improve execution efficiency by holding the lifted first pipe in a vertical attitude, adding and connecting the next pipe from below, again lifting the connected pipes in a vertical attitude, and repeating these actions.
SOLUTION: The first pipe 1a is automatically held by an automatic pipe holding device 12, and a connecting jig 4 and a lifting jig 8 are removed from the lower end. The lifting jig 8 is set to the lower end of the second pipe 1b on the first floor. The lifting jig 8 is lifted by chain blocks 9, the second pipe 1b is lifted to the height of the connection position of its upper end to the lower end of the first pipe 1a, and the pipes 1a, 1b are connected. The lifting jig 8 set to the lower end of the second pipe 1b is further lifted by the chain blocks 9, and a connected body of the pipes 1a, 1b is integrally lifted until the lower end of the pipe 1b reaches the height of the connecting work position on the second floor.
